ChatGenie is joining SOFTCON 2026, the Philippine Software Industry Conference, happening on October 26–28, 2026, under the theme “Horizon: Crossing Into What's Next.”
Organized by the Philippine Software Industry Association (PSIA), SOFTCON brings together software engineers, technology leaders, innovators, and industry professionals to explore emerging technologies and the future of software development.
This year, Ragde Falcis, CEO and Co-founder of ChatGenie, will join the conference as a speaker to share practical insights from ChatGenie's experience developing, evaluating, and deploying Agentic AI systems for enterprise customer support.

Beyond the Leaderboard: Choosing LLMs for Real Production Workloads
With the rapid advancement of Large Language Models (LLMs), developers have more options than ever. But choosing the right model for a production environment involves more than comparing public benchmark scores.
How do you determine which model can reliably handle real customer conversations, follow business policies, support multilingual interactions, and remain cost-efficient at scale?
In his session, “Beyond the Leaderboard: Choosing LLMs for Real Production Workloads,” Falcis will share ChatGenie's firsthand engineering experience evaluating leading AI models for enterprise deployments.
The discussion will cover:
- Real-world LLM benchmarking: How ChatGenie evaluated five models, including GPT-5.2, Claude Sonnet 4.5, and Qwen, using 102 production-derived customer support scenarios.
- Evaluation-driven development: How automated and human evaluations guide prompt engineering, model selection, and continuous improvement.
- Beyond accuracy: Why multilingual capabilities, latency, operational costs, and instruction adherence matter when deploying AI systems.
- Lessons from production: Actual engineering challenges, unexpected evaluation results, and the trade-offs encountered when exploring alternative LLM providers.
The session will also explain why the model that ranks highest on a weighted leaderboard may not always be the most suitable choice for a particular enterprise deployment.
